Agreement
By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the company you represent. If you do not agree, do not use Maila.
The service
Maila provides outbound campaign research, customer targeting and email sequences, alongside legacy AI teammate tools. Outreach is sent from a Google account you connect and authorise; you remain the sender and are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact each recipient. Maila enforces daily caps, a gradual ramp-up, unsubscribe handling and suppression. Campaign review is optional and autopilot is the default. You control your campaign settings and are responsible for the campaigns you configure.
Sending from your own account
Because outreach is sent by Google from the account you connect, it is your domain's sending reputation that is affected, not Maila's. Google's own policies on unsolicited bulk email apply to that account, and Google may act on it independently of us. Maila enforces a per-mailbox daily cap, a two-week ramp-up, spacing between sends, pre-send address verification, one-click unsubscribe and workspace-wide suppression, but you are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact each recipient and for the claims your copy makes.
Your responsibilities
Keep your credentials secure. Only connect accounts you are authorised to use. Do not use Maila to send spam, harass anyone, infringe rights, or break the law or the terms of any connected service. Choose an appropriate review mode and monitor your campaigns.
Plans and billing
New outbound plans are recurring subscriptions with the price and billing frequency shown at checkout. If checkout shows an introductory discount, it applies only to the first payment; the subscription then renews at the full displayed list price. Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans are prepaid and renew annually. New contacted-prospect subscriptions offer one 3-day trial per account and business, with a card required before activation. The trial includes up to 25 new contacted prospects and is subject to a $5 provider-spend ceiling. The exact trial end and recurring monthly amount are displayed before confirmation. Cancel the trial before that time from Plans & billing to prevent the first charge; trial access ends immediately on cancellation. Cancel renewal from Plans & billing to retain access until the paid term ends. Prospect and send allowances reset monthly, including annual subscriptions, with no rollover or automatic overage charges. On contacted-prospect subscriptions, the first successfully submitted outreach to a new address uses one contact. Up to two follow-ups and two automated replies within 30 days are included. Unknown delivery outcomes reserve a contact until resolved; confirmed hard bounces restore the contact allowance within its original service period. Trial follow-ups after expiry require an active paid period. Existing send-based subscriptions continue to count follow-ups and automated replies as sends. Limits are maximum capacity, not a guarantee of meetings, usage or immediate full sending volume. Checkout is shown only when managed activation is available. Existing purchased credits and legacy payment history are preserved; they are not automatically converted to subscriptions. Existing legacy AI teammate subscriptions remain separate: those plans renew monthly until cancelled, and metered model usage is billed at provider cost plus 20%. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use and limits
Outbound plans include monthly prospect and send limits. Legacy teammate plans include limits on teammates, runs and connections. We may throttle or suspend workspaces that exceed fair-use ceilings or that threaten the stability or security of the service.
Intellectual property
You own your data, your prompts, your skills and the outputs your teammates produce for you. We own the Maila software and brand. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service for you.
Warranties and liability
Maila is provided as is. AI systems make mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing actions before approval. To the maximum extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination you may export your data for 30 days.
